Hello Sophie! Thank you for your interest. The Herengracht is one of Amsterdam's most iconic canal streets — very quiet at night, walking distance from the Jordaan and Leidseplein. The building dates from 1887 but was fully renovated in 2019.

There is a paid parking permit available through the municipality — current waiting time is about 6 months. Many residents use the nearby Europarking on Marnixstraat.
